Student Visa Requirements

Visa Application Form

1. 1Visa application form fully completed in English — triplicate (F.A. Form No. 2).
2. 2Passport-size colour photograph.
3. 3Original and valid passport, valid for at least 6 months beyond the planned stay in the Philippines.
4. 4Photocopy of the page of the passport with the applicant's data.

Air Ticket

• Confirmed one-way air ticket and a photocopy of the confirmed air ticket.

Medical Report

• Medical Certificate (F.A. Form No. 11) signed by a medical practitioner appointed by the Consulate of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Pathology test and medical reports.

• Blood serology
• Urinalysis
• Stool analysis
• Full-size chest X-ray

Police Clearance Report

• Police Clearance Certificate duly authenticated by a Notary Public.

Affidavit of Financial Support

• Affidavit of Financial Support along with the latest bank statement of not less than Five Lakhs.

Letter of Acceptance

• Sealed Letter of Acceptance from the respective university.

Visa Fee

• Student visa fee of NRs. 28,400.00 to be deposited in Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited to the account of the Consulate of the Republic of the Philippines, Account No. 01-0209171-01.
